Transplantace srdce prasete se uk\u00e1zaly jako potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro pacienty s kone\u010dn\u00fdm srde\u010dn\u00edm selh\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvn\u00ed transplantace srdce prasete: p\u0159elomov\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost<\/h2>\n\n<p>V lednu 2022 podstoupil David Bennett, 57let\u00fd mu\u017e s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm srde\u010dn\u00edm selh\u00e1n\u00edm, prvn\u00ed v historii transplantaci srdce prasete. Zem\u0159el 8. b\u0159ezna z nezn\u00e1m\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Virus prase\u010d\u00ed cytomegalovirus: potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed vin\u00edk<\/h2>\n\n<p>Vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed odhalilo p\u0159\u00edtomnost prase\u010d\u00edho cytomegaloviru (PCMV) u Bennettova d\u00e1rcovsk\u00e9ho prasete. PCMV je latentn\u00ed virus, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee u prasat z\u016fstat sp\u00edc\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017ee se znovu aktivovat a zp\u016fsobit onemocn\u011bn\u00ed u lid\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee PCMV mohlo sehr\u00e1t roli v Bennettov\u011b smrti.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Screening patogen\u016f: z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro prevenci infekce<\/h2>\n\n<p>D\u00e1rcovsk\u00e9 prase podstoupilo screening patogen\u016f, ale testy se zam\u011b\u0159ily na aktivn\u00ed infekce a skryt\u00fd PCMV p\u0159ehl\u00e9dly.
