Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce studovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f je vliv endokrinn\u00edch disruptor\u016f, jako jsou pesticidy a plasty, na v\u00fdvoj plodu. Tyto chemik\u00e1lie mohou naru\u0161it norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed signalizaci, kter\u00e1 prob\u00edh\u00e1 b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed, co\u017e vede ke zm\u011bn\u00e1m v expresi gen\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou m\u00edt dlouhodob\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro potomstvo.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transgenera\u010dn\u00ed epigenetika: D\u011bdictv\u00ed toxin\u016f<\/h2>\n\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u017easn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspektem Skinnerova v\u00fdzkumu je, \u017ee tyto epigenetick\u00e9 zm\u011bny lze p\u0159ed\u00e1vat p\u0159es v\u00edce generac\u00ed.
