Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm dopravy, zlep\u0161en\u00edm kvality ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, podporou alternativn\u00ed dopravy a p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00edm pocitu soun\u00e1le\u017eitosti vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed Kigali obyvateln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsto pro sv\u00e9 obyvatele.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee se dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s v\u00fdzvami urbanizace, mohou se inspirovat Kigali a jeho veden\u00edm.
